Judson Mill

Judson Mill is a massive, 35-acre site, consisting of a warehouse, mill, smokestack and a small paint shop — the oldest of which, the mill, dates back to 1912. The warehouse will feature the third largest rock climbing gym on the East Coast, and will be next door to a new Feed & Seed location, wherein volunteers and workers will provide healthy options for lower-income communities. In front of the warehouse will be Greenville’s newest country music concert venue, Cowboy Up. On the other side of the warehouse, the “Jud Hub” will live. This will be a collaborative workplace environment that will serve as a social entrepreneurship innovation center.

These are a few of the many new amenities that will be part of the restored Judson Mill project.

In May 2021, the Wall Street Journal named Greenville, NC one of the breakout cities around the country that are leading the charge in the nation’s economic rebound. According to the Wall Street Journal, Greenville is one of a few midsized cities that has drawn workers and businesses with large and affordable homes, ample access to outdoor space and less congestion during the pandemic.

Foss & Company is proud to be a part of projects such as Judson Mill in Greenville, which not only helps to preserve our country’s history, but also creates jobs, provides housing and increases local revenues.
