The Eleven Pepperell Mill was built in 1890 and sat on the banks of the Saco River in Biddeford, ME. Upon completion this building is going to house 76 market-rate apartments and will be apart of the Pepperell Mill Campus. This campus is a vibrant community where hundreds of businesses and people not only work, but live side by side. This is our first Historic Tax Credit investment in the state of Maine!
