Built in 1949, the mid-century building in Albany, NY, once served as office space for the State of New York and classroom space for the College of St. Rose. Located in the Hudson Park historic district near downtown Albany, this historic building is now being rehabilitated into The ArtHouse, which will feature 29 apartments.
