The Willoughby Union High School is located in Willoughby, OH, and has been a part of its downtown district for more than 100 years. This historic building will be rehabilitated into Willoughby Union, which will feature 40 market-rate apartments, a business center, a dog park, a washing station and tenant storage.

This building is going to bring a new and vibrant life while protecting the character of downtown.
