Yorktowne Hotel

The Yorktowne Hotel is a 123-room hotel rehabilitation project located in York County, PA. As part of the Tapestry Collection under Hilton, the refurbished hotel offers guests a unique style and vibrant personality that encourages them to make an authentic connection to their destination. With a rooftop lounge, 12 locally commissioned art pieces, and an intimate lobby bar, the Yorktowne Hotel is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

For years, the York College of Pennsylvania has held faculty parties and alumni celebrations at the hotel. Since 2018, dozens of students in the Hospitality and Tourism Management majors have taken project-based learning classes and worked on course credit projects for the hotel. The college’s hospitality program has become an integral part of the hotel's operations, and new jobs have been created at all entry levels, providing family-sustaining wages for local residents. Many employees even walk to work, making the Yorktowne Hotel a vital part of the community.

The hotel also serves as a gathering space for the community. The local chapter of the Rotary club has been meeting at the hotel for almost a century, making it a beloved institution in the area.
