The Mutual Building

The Mutual building was a 12-story office tower built in 1904 and was one of Richmond’s first high-rise office buildings.

The Mutual Building will include 168 market rate rental apartments and 2,000 square feet of commercial space. The apartments will feature high ceilings, views of downtown Richmond and the James River, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and in unit washers and dryers. In addition, the property will feature a concierge/doorman, rooftop terrace, fitness center including a yoga studio, remote work space, common area lounge, bike storage, and storage lockers.
