The Brewery Apartments

The Columbia Brewing Company, established in 1883 in the historic brewing hub of St. Louis, MO, is undergoing a transformation. Three former brewery buildings, along with ten rowhouses and a single-family home, will be redeveloped into 139 units of mixed-income housing. Upon completion, the project will include 83 Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) Section 8 Voucher Units, 24 market-rate units, and 32 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units, providing a diverse range of affordable housing options. 

The brewery is one of only a handful remaining in the city; today, it is the centerpiece of a National Historic Register district.
