Rodeo Ranch is located in Reeves County, TX and is a standalone battery storage system with a total power rating of 300 megawatts and a total energy rating of 600 megawatt-hours of usable AC energy. This financing was a historic achievement for Foss & Company as it was the company's largest transaction to date making it a milestone achievement. Key transaction highlights included strong cash coverage, low risk of slippage, project location, ERCOT renewables buildout opportunity, and relationship development with a leading standalone storage developer. This project has been fully operational since 2023.
