Optimist Hall
Optimist Hall is the completed renovation of the former Highland Park Gingham Mill, located less than a mile from downtown Charlotte, NC. The rehabilitation culminated into approximately 95,000sf of office space and approximately 37,000sf of food hall, restaurant, and retail space.
