Goodson Hills

Foss & Company partnered with VCDC to close on Goodson Hills, a newly constructed, 23-unit townhouse-style affordable housing community in Bristol, VA. This project marks Foss & Company’s first investment under the Virginia Housing Opportunity Tax Credit (HOTC) program.

With Bristol’s affordable housing waitlist nearing 900 families, Goodson Hills significantly expands access to safe, quality homes for low-income residents. Each unit is supported by a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract with the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority (BRHA), ensuring long-term affordability.
