Project EARP

Foss & Company and Birch Creek worked to close and finance a 40 MWdc solar PV project located in Monmouth, IL. This closing provided the opportunity for Foss & Company to enter into the utility-scale market alongside a strong sponsor entity. This project has a Power Purchase Agreement in place with an investment-grade offtaker, which is the main driver of project revenue over the life of the tax equity investment. The project placed in service in 2023.
