Located in downtown Raleigh, NC, this Fayetteville Street project transforms two adjacent former department store buildings into office and retail space. Positioned along the 200 block of Fayetteville Street, a primary commercial corridor near the North Carolina State Capitol, the redevelopment enhances one of Raleigh’s most walkable districts. The first phase of rehabilitation is nearly complete, with the initial tenant moving in soon. This project marks Foss & Company’s first collaboration with Empire Properties, a highly experienced HTC developer with a portfolio of more than 70 buildings in Raleigh and Durham.
