Foss & Company is sponsoring the Insurance Tax Conference, November 4-6 in Orlando, Florida. The conference runs Nov. 5-6, with a welcome reception the evening of November. 4.

The program covers insurance company taxation across two tracks: general sessions on economic substance, alternative risk transfer, reinsurance, state and international tax developments and the use of AI in tax departments, alongside a primer track for professionals newer to insurance tax. A Thursday afternoon session on tax credits for insurance companies addresses territory close to our work structuring tax equity investments for insurance company investors.
