Energy Storage Finance & Investment

May 29 - May 30

A year and a half into the IRA, both project finance and portfolio/platform-level investments for storage are booming. Projections suggest that more than 120 GW of storage in the US alone will need to be developed by 2032, requiring $200-$250 billion in capital. While this represents an enormous growth opportunity for the storage community and its stakeholders, only those who are fully cognizant of the rapidly-developing financing techniques, project structures, contemporary market data, and best practices will be able to bring the maximum quantity of projects to fruition.

Infocast’s Energy Storage Finance & Investment — building on the success of last year’s event — brings together the entire storage community, including leading developers, tax equity investors, lenders, capital and debt providers, tax advisors, market analysts, offtakers, and more, to provide a deep dive into today’s cutting-edge approaches for finance and investment across the full range of markets and business strategies in this dynamic sector.

Foss & Company is proud to be a sponsor of this event.

Attendees: Bryen Alperin and Lewis Fitzpatrick

Bryen will be speaking on the “Tax Equity Perspectives on Storage” panel on Wednesday, May 29, from 1:15 – 2:15pm. He will be discussing the ins and outs of the tax equity market and how investors have more variables to consider such as transfer deals.
