COhatch Hamilton
Built in 1931, the four-story Art Deco building once served as the Second National Bank in downtown Hamilton, OH. This historic building is now being rehabilitated into COhatch Hamilton, a 29,000-square-foot coworking and event space. This event space will consist of 41 private offices, 10 meeting rooms, common area workspaces, a food and beverage venue and a speakeasy. The adjacent patio area will also be utilized for outdoor dining as part of the ground-floor food and beverage venue.
COhatch Hamilton’s amenities will include private phone booths, a basement speakeasy lounge, a bank vault meeting/event room, lounge seating and tables, stalls for arcade and gaming consoles, shuffleboard table games, and a rooftop patio. The revitalization of this building is going to be an incredible asset to help recruit new companies into Hamilton.
