Storehouse 8 & 9

The Navy Yard Storehouse 8 & 9 is a mixed-use development consisting of to former naval warehouses. The new development of the property will feature 86 luxury rental apartments, 32,000 sf of creative office space, 7,200 sf of first floor restaurant space, and a glass enclosed rooftop restaurant with an outdoor terrace offering views of the water and the surrounding area.

Storehouse 8 will have 39,000 square feet of commercial space that will house seven office tenants and two restaurant tenants.

Storehouse 9 will include the 86 residential units and a retail/office space.
