Foss & Company Names New Senior Vice President of Investments
Kimberly Carlini will be joining senior management to further enhance Foss & Company investment team’s efforts
San Francisco, CA – April 5, 2022 – Foss & Company, a leading institutional investment fund sponsor, has announced the hiring of Kimberly Carlini as Senior Vice President of Investments. The hiring further strengthens the firm’s senior team, which continues to uphold Foss & Company’s nearly 40-year tradition of excellence in the tax credit investment marketplace.

Carlini will be leading Foss & Company’s investment team. The team focuses on raising equity capital from investors for Foss-sponsored ESG-friendly investments in both state and federal Funds, generating transferable tax credits, cash flow, and other economic benefits.

Prior to joining Foss & Company, Carlini enjoyed over 20 years at JPMorgan Chase, initially as a Chief Financial Officer for Global Fixed Income where she advised business executives to improve profitability through expense, risk and capital management. Carlini later directed a 150-person Middle Market banking organization covering nearly 5,000 relationships and finally led a global 450-person Credit Risk team responsible for managing over $110B in credit commitments through a six-year period of transformation.
Carlini earned her MBA from Kellogg-Northwestern University, where she focused on Finance, Management & Strategy and Analytical Consulting. She is based out of Foss & Company’s Chicago office.
